Do you known what causes panic attacks in people? It is absolutely stress, which arouses the symptoms of anxiety disorder in a person. One can trace out these symptoms which vary a little from each person. Of course cures are available for this but one can understand them better if they know the cause.
The root cause and the resulting symptoms
One of the primary factors that result in primary attacks is the stress. Quite hard to define, it takes a very long time for someone to realize that they have an anxiety disorder. Initially one may feel like they are having the shakes, but as it doesn't last long the person might not think anything of it. That was the case with me. Though I took little notice of these signs, as these anxiety feelings continued to grow undiminished over the years, the symptoms started worsening.
The saying 'imaginations are far worse than reality' becomes true in these causes of panic attacks. Accompanied by sweating and difficult breathing, these symptoms start creating the rising fear of death in you. The whole thing was like a nightmare for me!

But not everyone wants to be on a fad diet - so how should you do it safely?
There is not one rule book for fat loss, however there is one simple rule - You need to burn more calories than you consume.
Therefore: Set a realistic goal for a realistic time period to acheive Fat Loss 4 Idiots, and understand why you want to reach it. Think in specific terms such as inch loss (indicating clothes fitting more easily) rather than simply losing weight, and indicate how you will achieve this - for example by taking moderate exercise and investing in a healthy eating plan rather than doing on a diet - which often has negative associations and therefore is less likely to be sustainable over a long period.
OK - so goal set, then...
Here comes the dreaded E word - exercise. The truth of the matter is that not everyone enjoys exercise, so you need to find something that suits you - something that you will have the resolve to stick to! A 30 minute brisk walk two or three times a week will be enough to get you started on your fat loss regime....not so very daunting then, and it has the benefit of being low impact, cheap and it's much easier to persuade a friend to join you! Calories - A food diary will help you to discover what you are eating and how much of it... It is possible to over eat on healthy food too - portion size is as key to fat loss as is the kind of food you are eating. Dieting is often unhelpful, whereas healthy eating is the key. Try to find an eating plan that is flexible and suits your health needs. However, keeping your fat intake low, eating more complex carbs, fruits, vegetables and lean proteins in a reduced portion size should see success.
Hydration - a healthy body is a hydrated body. You should look to increase your water intake to roughly 8 glasses a day to optimise your body's natural functions.
Patience and understanding - a realistic fat loss programme will take time if you are to remain healthy and stay successful. Understanding why previous diets haven't worked and, combined with the above, you will have the basis for a successful fat loss programme.
